Box material test are currently ongoing, however, there are few materials which allow for the fine-tuning which has reduced the frequency of boxes spontaneously exploding into puddles of blood.
Currently, boxes are being largely constructed with a [REDACTED] composite which is fine tuned in the auto forges beneath the BPF. The systems within are constantly tweaking the production process and creating and (or) destroying pieces of itself to improve the quality of the box material which is then sent elsewhere for assembly.
So, in this way, even though it is mostly a [REDACTED] composite, there is a huge variance which is tweaked depending upon hundreds of variables at any given point in time. For example, if the quality of the base components needed to construct the [REDACTED] composite are lacking, there are processes that will refine them, and also tweak settings throughout the auto forge to accommodate the lesser materials.
(There is more to be said on this subject, but this is a not a document focused on detailing the complexities of the auto forge systems.)
Overall, the average composition of the [REDACTED] composite is:
9.5% [REDACTED]
44% [REDACTED]
27.5% [REDACTED]
19% [REDACTED]
Each percentile has a 2% to 5% variance when it comes to their overall average composition.
