    There’s much to be said about O.4, and the methods employed by this artist. However, I must first start by saying that while O.4 is an artist, and an excellent one at that, they are also a criminal. Criminals. While I will explain a small part about how this art is created and how this criminal (criminalSSS???), came to be, I do not in any way endorse their actions nor do I endorse anyone else to do the same.

    With that out of the way, O.4 is a single entity, yet possessing many different “minds”. They/it says that they possess within their body, “roughly O.4 percent of all consciousness.” However, I do not think they fully comprehend the incomprehensible usage of a capital o instead of using the correct 0 character when speaking of numbers. This might be because they are insane. It is insane. A bit corrupted.

    And with this, we come to how the art is created. At least, a small part of it. They interface with other beings and rip information from them, destroying the targeted being and causing much collateral damage in the process. This is the reason for their criminal status. They destroy far too many nodes in the process of capturing data which, if they asked appropriately, would be handed over in a peaceful manner anyway.

    After getting this data, they process it using illegal attachments to their body. I can’t explain this, but I do know how it works. Funnily enough, you could do the same thing without the illegal parts, it would even take less time. But, I think they believe that the art turns out better if others think it took longer than it really did.

    While I do appreciate what they do with the raw data taken from even a mere probe, I cannot endorse their methodology. Other art experts do not think the same way. They assist O.4 in escaping meeting justice, which makes my job all the more difficult.

    I have to go through additional security passes and scans and more just because of these idiots. 500 additional hours each day. It makes me miss out on new episodes of “Scar-Scar ★ Let~Let~!” And so, if you have any information regarding this artist, please let me know so I can be the one to clear the “Art Expert” name. They will be destroyed.
